Calling humans small is an understatement. Human cities are small. To an anthro, single humans are as noticeable as a speck of dust. Because of this, they do not care much about them, seeing human settlements more as a type of dirt than a place where thousands upon thousands of tiny beings live their lives.
The average anthro unknowingly swallows more than ten thousand humans a year, something which is often repeated in edutainment shows as a Fun Fact.
There are a lot of humans. They have never been officially counted, but their tiny cities and towns pop up everywhere, and curiously they take only months to rebuild after being destroyed. The way anthro society destroys them thousands at a time does not seem to leave a dent in their numbers.
But onto Kate. Kate, the 7 foot lioness, loves humans. Not in a kind-hearted way, of course. Kate loves slaughtering humans, using them up. She swallows far, far more than ten thousand humans in a year, or even a week. She orders cities regularly, and goes hunting for them very often. Nothing makes her happier than finding a bunch of humans while cleaning. In her kitchen she's got a shaker for salt, one for pepper, and one for people. She's used them in all the ways she could possibly think of before, and will not hesitate to do so again. She even has a few pet cities, which she frequently toys with and demands sacrifices from without completely demolishing them like the others.
You get the point. Kate loves humans. She loves them more than anyone she knows.
