Well she gets bigger

Rouge looked down at her breasts and saw that they were getting bigger, she lightly pressed them together, they felt like two balloons inflating. Soon she felt her breasts lift her up some. She then knew that she was being inflated with helium somehow. It took sometime but Rouge pulls out the gem from her breasts and they stop inflating but she is till floating.
Rouge: "Well, looks like there is more to this gem than meets the eye. Mayby i could have some fun with this gem."
