After the METEOR incedent, Tifa had settled down with cloud in a nice place on top of new-Midgar, and though she was very fond of Cloud, he seemed, distant. She thought back to Aeris, though she wasn't as pretty as her, she was sweet, kind, and just about everything Cloud liked. She went on thinking of how she could secure her love with Cloud, but eventualy gave up and sat down to watch some TV.
--Meanwhile--
Cloud was out searching for materia, he needed the money from selling the stuff. This was mostly because he had put in his pitch to rebuild the airship and was now, in a word,
B-R-O-K-E. After a while he found an odd cave, going inside of it he found 3 chests and a sign, it said: "Pick one chest, you won't be dissapointed, all the others will dissapear." So, Cloud, not being one to dissapoint, chose one of the chests, in it was an odd green materia, it was odd because it was only the size of a pebble and perfectly round. He decided it might be good to find out what it does, so he went outside and tried it in battle. Nothing happened. He decided that, though it did seem to be useless, he might as well keep it, the sign DID say it wouldn't dissapoint him. He got home and put the materia on the table, and decided to take a quick nap.
Tifa had heard Cloud come in, but decided not to bother him for now, she went over to find out what he had brought home this time. Seeing the small materia she wondered what it did, she was almost drawn to it, she picked it up and tried using it, then all of a sudden it activated, causing-
