You recognize the voice coming from shadowy figure in the fog, it’s your biology lab bench buddy Jack. He's usually a stocky muscular guy, but as he gets closer and you get a closer look at him you see that his regular sized XL shirt is looking very loose and is draped over his body. Even his pants look extremely baggy on him. Then you see his face and it looks extremely thin.
“Jack! What happened to you?" you ask concerned.
"I was just out for a jog and this fog came out of nowhere," Jack explains," Why?"
"Your clothes look huge on you," you state looking at the loose shirt he has on and wonder just how much he weighs, probably less than a dollar fifty.
“What do you mean?” Jack asks a bit confused.
"Look," you say and pull his shirt to just how much room he has in the shirt," Your shirt is massive on you."
