Scott knocked on a dorm room door. When he
didn't hear any reply, he tested the door.
He opened the unlocked door and strode into
the room. He flung his backpack onto an
unmade bed and took a seat in a chair in front
of a desk. He began looking around the desk.
••••••
In the pocket of the backpack, the miniscule
professor had experienced a rather bumpy
trek across campus that had suddenly ended
with a violent impact. Shaken, he needed a
brief respite to recover. Then, he began to
climb toward a sliver of light shining into the
pocket.
Fortunately for Eric, the pack had landed on its
side. He was able to crawl to the lip of the
pocket. He stared out at his gigantic
surroundings. He saw Scott seated before a
desk that held a mammoth computer and
some other accessories.
"Hey! Help!" Eric yelled.
The giant, completely oblivious to him,
seemed to be looking for something on the
desktop.
Eric crawled out of the pocket and stood on a
ledge created by a wrinkle in the backpack
material. He needed to gain Scott's attention.
He waved his arms over his head, but in the
process lost his footing. He screamed as he
stumbled forward over the ledge. He landed at
the base of the giant pack. He had dropped a
great distance, relative to his size, but had
landed on some vast, soft surface. He stood,
brushed himself off. He was, for the moment,
unhurt.
He realized he was standing on the covers of
a mammoth bed.
••••••
Scott found the notes his friend Ethan had
taken for him in a history class they both
attended. The page of notes in hand, Scott
stood up from his seat at the desk.
••••••
Eric was unprepared as the titan rose from a
seated position. Once again, he was
reminded of his puny insignificance as Scott
towered over him like a mountain of flesh,
blood and muscle.
And suddenly a giant hand extended toward
the bed.
Eric screamed, but the hand reached for the
pack, grabbed it and lifted it aloft.
He then watched as his enormous student
walked out of the dorm room.
