"Clara, you okay? You gonna be okay on your first day?"
Clara sighed with quite much annoyance, she had this trouble with her parents EVERY first day of school. It was only the third grade. She'd been to the second, and the first, and kindergarden and she was alright there. "Yeah, Mom," she sighed, "I'll be fine."
"Good, sweetie," Matilda smiled, as she put her lunch in her backpack, "Your dad will be home when you come home from school, so make sure you say hi to him for me. I've got to go to work. I'll see you, sweetie. Bye!" Matilda gave Clara a kiss on the cheek as she went to her car, and Clara went to her bus stop. Clara had extremely bad vision, but it seemed her parents had been taking these things too seriously. Clara was very intellegent actually, but she hardly had any friends. But still, she didn't understand why her mother and father were so concerned about her.
