Why does ino transform naruto?

Option1- Ino wants more people to go shopping with, talk about boys, go to nightclubs, etc.

Option2- Ino wants a maid so instead of hiring one she uses her mind body switch on naruto to him more feminine but she also unknowingly causing narutos body to change as well(The fox noticed what the young mind walker is doing and helps as this way he would have a way to escape to cursed damn seal)

Option3- Ino wins a bet against naruto so she has naruto become a woman and the only way she would let naruto change back is if naruko(naruto's female name) makes sasuke fall for her without telling him that she is naruto and that naruko has to give birth to sasukes child
