It didn't take long for Laura to get comfortable with the workload at the flight attendant academy, and with David's help the work she had to do came easily to her. Within a few weeks, she met someone who she was absolutely enamored with, who was taking the same class. She was initially hesitant to get close to them, due to her lingering melancholy over her boyfriend's disappearance... but David was quick to type out a mood-improver for her, with the autopilot's help:
David wouldn't mind me hooking up with someone new. Heck, once he returns he'll probably get along with them as much as I do!
Thankfully, that worked wonders, and a few moments later, David had her call them up on the phone, officially going on a date after class tomorrow. Though, who was her new beloved...?
