Serious Sam

Sam strolled into the adult section, long past caring who might see him. With the stress of all that had happened recently, his shoulders were tense and wound up; he felt as though he could use something to help take the edge off. The feelings were compounded by the fact that he'd never been able to find a girlfriend and was still a virgin, though he was loath to admit it.

Sometimes he wished he was attractive enough to find a sugar mama who would take care of all his needs, though he had no illusions of that ever happening. Sam wasn't the pretty, athletic type; his build was chunky and rotund around the middle, with small, somewhat flabby arms. His face, often set in a somber expression, bore the marks of stress and fatigue.

He was fairly tall, coming in at just under 6 feet (thank goodness), which offset his chubbiness somewhat.
The thighs and legs, were thick and muscular, toned from having to hold up his weight and from his occasional long walks, his preferred method of clearing his mind.

His dark, unruly hair often fell into his eyes, which were a striking shade of hazel—a feature he wished people would notice more.
His face, framed by his dark hair, bore a perpetual look of tiredness, with deep-set eyes that hinted at sleepless nights and a general weariness of life.

The clothes he wore were often wrinkled and a size too small, and clung uncomfortably to his body, emphasizing the parts of himself he wished he could hide.

Yet, despite his physical insecurities, Sam had a sharp mind and a quick wit, qualities that were often overshadowed by his shyness and reluctance to put himself out there.

As he moved further into the dimly lit aisles, he couldn't shake the feeling of being out of place, yet there was a small part of him that found a strange comfort in the anonymity the place offered.

Sam sighed while looking around the room.
The bright covers and explicit titles surrounding him only served as a reminder of what he felt he was missing out on. Despite this, he held onto a small, flickering hope inside him that maybe, just maybe, he would find something that would bring a semblance of comfort or escape from the monotony of his current existence.

As he ventured deeper into the store, Sam began to notice something peculiar...
