he starts to feel dizzy (he starts to shrink)

His eyes begin to go blurry and he starts to feel hot and tingly all over. Was he coming down with something. He felt as if the world was warping slightly and he dropped his phone and put a hand over his face only to find it was covered by his sleeve. It took a moment for it to register what was happening to him and his heart nearly stopped. his clothes where becoming looser around him, he was shrinking! And while trapped in this train car with a bunch of Japanese passengers, and nowhere to go and hide. He hoped that nobody noticed... how much longer till the next stop? he thought frantically.

He was still of a relatively unassuming size and it seemed as if nobody had noticed his predicament as of yet and most where focused on their own affairs and hadn't looked his way again and he hopes his shrinking doesn't speed up before they arrive at the next stop.
