Her new height

In a flash of light, Maria shrinks to around an inch and a half before she has any chance to react. She also isn't quite sure what happened, as the flash of light was immediately replaced by darkness, as she was enveloped in her clothes. Despite every other aspect of the shrink ray working flawlessly, you weren't able to figure out how to shrink non-organic matter. Not that you particularly cared, since you were sure she wasn't going to have her clothes on for long after she had shrunk. Additionally, if she needed clothes, she did have a few Barbie dolls she kept from her childhood, and you could probably find something for her to wear.

You shut and lock the front door, eyes turned with anticipation as Maria starts to crawl out of her clothes, then locks eyes with you. Or at least where she expects your eyes to be, but what meets her gaze is your ankle. A look of confusion crosses her face, then as she looks up to you, towering above her, her confusion turns to _____.
