Going with the flow, have some more esoteric scenarios that don't really need a specified age:

A. The Elixir of (too much) Life.
An ancient(emphasis on the ancient) and powerful Sorcerer/Wizard/Witch etc. has finally managed to create the fabled elixir of life, with which they will rejuvinate their decrepit old body.. unfortunately for them, it works a bit too well, and shenanigans ensue.

B. Dungeons to Daycare
A party of adventurers venture deep into a dungeon, searching for lost relics and ancient treasures. In their search, however, they end up disturbing someone or something that ends up regressing them somehow.
