Mental Change

What kind of mental change could happen to Legoshi?

Option 1: Legoshi's mind gets altered so that he forgets everything about clothes. He no longer remembers what clothes are, how to put them on or take them off, how the societal norms are concerning them, ect.
Legoshi's friends now have to help him either undo the change, or somehow teach him the whole concept all over again; a bit awkward when you consider that he is 18 years old...

Option 2: Somehow; Legoshi ends up getting mentally younger; physically, he is still his normal, 18-year old self, but mentally, he's now only 7!
With Legoshi now having the brain of a Grade-Schooler inside of his teenaged body, his friends have their work cut out for them trying not only to keep others from discovering what has happened, but also to find a way to get him back to normal...
