Kushina asks if Naruto is okay

Kushina saw Naruto's was red, she thought he might be sick. She stop eating and went over to check on him. She got on her knees checking his forehead. This made her massive breasts eye level for Naruto. He tried not to stare at his mother's big tits. He gulped, as he felt his manhood hardening. He quickly covered his crotch, causing his blush to deepen.

"You're feeling a little warm." Said Kushina, as he looked at her son.

"Do you want to stay home ?" Asked Kushina, Naruto shook his head.

"OK but if you feel sick just tell the nurse." Said Kushina, smiling.

Naruto are in silent with his mother and to his surprise his twin sister Naruko.
