The specific type of energy itself was coming up as a rare but identifiable type, that of a sex-based Quirk. Sexual Quirks weren't uncommon - about 1 in every 2,000 people with Quirks had some sexual component to them - but they weren't powerful and nothing on the level of All Might.

Nedzu stepped his hands, excited but also puzzled about this exact situation.
