As the Mind Modifications menu appears on the screen, you can feel the weight of the decision ahead of you. You turn to Rico and you can see the excitement in his eyes.
"So, what do you think?" Rico asks, his voice laced with anticipation. "Which one should we go for?"
You take a deep breath, thinking carefully before responding. "Well, I'm not sure. I mean, I wouldn't want to change anything too drastic. Maybe just something to help me relax more?"
Rico nods, understanding your concerns. "I get it, babe. We're just here to have some fun and try something new. We don't want any permanent changes, just something temporary to help you unwind."
You nod in agreement, feeling more at ease already. You turn your attention back to the screen, where the three options - Cognitive, Emotional, and Behavioral - are displayed.
"Well, let's see. Cognitive could change things like memory and perception, Emotional could help with mood and anxiety, and Behavioral could change things like confidence and assertiveness...and obedience," Rico explains, his tone confident and knowledgeable.
You nod along, considering each option carefully. "I don't think I need anything too drastic, maybe just something to help me relax a bit more," you say, your voice soft.
Rico nods in agreement. "Yeah, I think that could be a good idea. Maybe we could decrease your perception or cognition a little, just enough to help you unwind? Maybe increase your obedience a bit higher too"
You consider his suggestion, thinking about how it might feel to have a temporary decrease in your abilities. "I don't know, that seems a little scary," you admit, feeling vulnerable.
Rico smiles reassuringly, his hand reaching out to gently take yours. "Don't worry, honey. It's just temporary, and I'llbe right here with you the whole time. I'll make sure you're safe and comfortable."
You take a deep breath, feeling a sense of trust and vulnerability with Rico. "Okay, let's do it," you say, your voice determined. You tell him to choose:
