"And I thought we go to the Pancake House." Tristian said knowing that his friend would have no willpower to resist.
"Bro I'm down for that!" Fridge shouted hyped up to eat at the Pancake Palace. It was his favorite place to eat and Tristian would often use it against Fridge to get him motivated for practice and other things to hold against him. No matter what it was Fridge would always due what he was told in order to eat at the Pancake House. Tristian had Fridge eating out of the palm of his hands.
Fridge moved with surprising speed as he started to get ready for the day. Eagerly wanting to get to the Pancake Palace as quickly as possible knowing that the quicker they leave the more time they have to eat there. Fridge finished up putting his jersey and shorts on before heading out the door looking at his friend. "Well come on Tristian, pancakes!" He blurted out before heading out the door.
Tristian chuckled to himself. Some things never change. Tristian headed out the door grabbing his car keys and wallet on the way out. Tristian's own stomach grumbling as he followed Fridge out of the dorm. He could use a large breakfast as well. Unlike Fridge who was a blonde and green eyed. Tristian had cholate brown hair

"We are ready to order!" Fridge said as he and Tristian sat down at the table their server lead them to.
The server tilted his head in confusion. "Are you sure? You just sat down?"
"Yeah we're regulars here and we always get the same thing when we come." Fridge said.
"Oh alright I see then what will it be boys?" The server asked them.
"The Pancake Armageddon!" Tristian and Fridge said a the same time. They had ordered it enough times that they learned to synch their answer together when asked for their order.
The server eyes went wide. The Pancake Armageddon was a huge serving of pancakes, twenty in total. forty pancakes between two college students seemed like overkill. The server just smiled and nodded, after all it just meant he was going to get a big tip from the meal. "Of course i hope the two of you enjoy." The server said writing their order down and walking away.
Fridge's gut grumbled complaining that it wanted food. "You think after coming here so many times they'd make our meals when we walk in the door, not like we order anything else." He complained.
"Easy big guy they'll be out with our breakfast soon." Tristian said trying to calm the titan down.
"I know but man I feel like I'm wasting away over here." Fridge said rubbing his gut.
Tristian snorted. "I think it will be before you'll be considered wasting away." Tristian said.
"Haha very funny." Fridge said
After around 20 minutes a couple of servers came back with the breakfast. Twenty fluffy golden brown pancakes stacked upon each other. Fridge perked up at the sight of them. They neatly placed the plates on their table. Once they finished Fridge immediately doused the pancakes in syrup, grabbed his utensils and then began to eat like he hadn't in weeks.
Tristian also began to eat his pancakes as well. Though not at the voracious rate that Fridge was eating. It had become tradition for them to always get the Pancake Armageddon meal at the Pancake Palace first as a healthy competition to see who would eat more pancakes, but as Fridge grew and grew, it became more of a tradition than anything, though Tristian always seemed to eat a bit more every time they came, and whatever he didn't eat Fridge was more than happy to finish off the rest.
"So I heard from Elijah that there's a party at the frat house today." Fridge said in-between bites.
"Yeah, Alma-Beta throws the best parties. You're not thinking of going are you?" Tristian asked him.
"Elijah said there be so much food, how could I not go?" Fridge said as he smeared more butter on his pancakes.
"Well we need to keep our training, if we start going to parties all the time we'll find up soft like Elijah." Tristian said.
Elijah was another member of the football team. Though unlike Tristian and Fridge he was much more on the softer side, notoriously known for lazing around and going to parties. Tristian tried to make sure that the rest of the team didn't fall under his bad influence. Though Elijah maybe be a slacker he was still a menace on the field.
"Come on Tristian it's just one party it wouldn't hurt, I'm sure we'll have a blast." Fridge said.
Tristian sighed. "Maybe you're right...." Tristian was still unsure after all he didn't want to let their coach down.
