The kids all looked at me completely bewildered. I fiddled with it and set it to 3 inches just to make sure nothing bad happens and I made the range extend to the entire room and fired. The gun whirled to life and a orange light blinded everyone in the room. The room was filled with this piercing light as all of the kids began to shrink. Luckily it was set to shrink their clothing as well or else we might of had a major issue. I blinked a few times and noticed it actually worked, all of the kids shrunk.
"Wow I can't believe it actually shrunk all of you! This is amazing!" I exclaimed aloud. All of the kids were freaking out so I went around and moved them all to my desk.
"Take some time to explore kids, I'll try to think up a lesson plan for today." I said with a slight chuckle. I sat down at the desk and grabbed my laptop to explore the website where I bought the shrink ray to see what ideas other teachers had.
Meanwhile the kids began exploring the desk and interacting with each other while at their new miniature sizes. A few of them, mainly Tim, Davey, and Travis, started to get very ambitious and seeing how close they could get to the edge of my desk. I was able to hear sounds come from them all but not any discernible voices. When they started to get way to close to falling off I put an end to that game and moved them back to group. "Alright, cut it out before someone actually falls off you guys." I told them.
