You melt into a buttery goo, a delicious ingredient for a pancake. As your mother eats the pancake, the heat from her mouth warms you, and for a moment, you are part of her. You experience the process of being chewed, tasted, and swallowed. It's a strange sensation, but in a way, it's also intimate.
