Okay so one of the ways would Yang’s body parts could be swapped is the effect of a semblance whether it’s another aspect of her own or someone else’s or a completely new one from an original character is up for debate tho if it’s someone else’s semblance then Yang would probably not be happy about what they are doing to her if she knew what was going on that is.

It’s also possible that it’s something else altogether (like a magic remote) or something.
