It was 2059, and Kaijuin's three mecha girls were in the company's main hanger outside Tokyo getting regular maintenance. The were all deactivated while engineers worked on their massive bodies and they were held up by frames that held them up under their shoulders with hooks. In front of them on the far was a giant screen. It was mainly for communication with Kaijuin's CEO, Watanabe, and occasionally other people like the government or JAXA.
Eventually, the mecha girls were all activated, much to their confusion as their maintenance wasn't finished yet.
"Is there an alien attack?" Botzilla thought out loud.
"Ugh, I hope not. I was hoping for a week off," Botorah said.
"I had plans with Pr. Subaru tonight too," Mothbot said, referring to the scientist she was in love with but was fired.
Before they could continue or even ask the engineers, the screen in front of them turned on and the CEO appeared on screen. Behind him was a conference table with the board of directors of Kaijuin.
"Mr. Watanabe! How are you," Botzilla asked.
"What do you want now, old man?" Botorah asked.
"Have you rehired Pr Subaru?" Mothbot asked.
"Stop asking that," Watanabe answered. "I have an important announcement for the three of you."
