"How is this even possible?" Said a thunderous voice, emanating from a massive almond-shaped eye high above the tiny boy.
Jacob was curled into a ball in the middle of a vast, white, wooden table. Above him, Mrs. Kobayashi was holding a magnifier, taking a good look at the boy. He was, in fact, relieved that May didn't have full power over him anymore, but, seeing his science teacher and her assistant high above his head, like massive gods, was proving to be too much for him to handle.
The scientist passed her magnifier to Ellen, who also gave him a close look with her dark eye, gasping in surprise at every movement he made.
While the teacher went to a wardrobe and started grabbing some instruments, May said:
"So... What happened to him?"
"You tell us", said Ellen, "We never saw anything like this. I doubt anyone had ever saw..."
"Well, I saw him just standing there in the hall, I walked over to annoy him a little," She smirked and blinked at the tiny boy, "and he just "puff"! At first, I thought he had vanished, but when I looked down, I saw his pathetic tiny form between my feet. You were lucky I realized it was you and not another worm, worm, or you could have ended at the bottom of my shoe, like this!" May stomped hard on the ground, making a sound that echoed through the lab.
"Be quiet!" Said Mrs. Kobayashi, grabbing an open folder with lots of instruments, tweezers, pliers, magnifiers, scalpels, tapes, and more, placing it on the table, side by side with Jacob.
"Wow, what are you doing with that? A surgery?" asked May.
Mrs. Kobayashi licked her lips, looking at the tiny boy with the magnifier.
"I am just going to... examined him!"
