"That's it. We can go see daddy!" Ino exclaims as she grabs her former arm and drags Naruto along.
Returning to the Yamanaka Clan Compound, Ino grabbed a spare key and threw open the door.
"Mom, Dad, I messed up a jutsu and need help!" Ino calls out pulling Naruto with her
"Ino, is that you? What happened to your voice?" Inoichi calls out. Rounding the corner, Inoichi sees Naruto with a hopeful look on his face and Ino looking about confused?
"I'm stuck in Naruto's body and can't release the jutsu. Naruto is stuck in my body. I need help!" Ino cries out
"Ino, why would you do this." Inoichi asks
"I wanted to get revenge on Naruto for stealing Sasuke's first kiss, sure it was an accident but I still wanted to get even." Ino says looking guiltily down at the floor.
"So, Naruto, you are really in my daughter's body?" Inoichi asks calmly with a hint of resignation .
"Y-yes. Can you help us?" Naruto asks
"Not in the way you expect. Wait right here." Inoichi says as he walks off.
"Any idea what he is doing Ino?" Naruto asks
"No idea." Ino replies. The two wait a few moments, Ino's mom standing to the side, oddly quiet considering a boy is in her daughters body at the moment.
"Found it," Inoichi says. "This scroll details a similar even that happened in the past. I forgot the outcome, but hopefully this could shine some light on the situation." Unfurling the scroll, Inoichi reads. "It says, should a Yamanaka clan member swap bodies with a non Yamanaka, the jutsu to swap back will forever be out of their reach. The brain wave patterns that allow us, the Yamanaka, to swap bodies is indeed a bloodline trait and not just a clan secrete. Should a Yamanaka swap with a non Yamanaka, they have an estimated five minutes to undo the jutsu before their brainwaves match their current body. The person currently inhabiting their body can then begin to learn how to swap back. Both parties in this event decided they would stay as they were and never did swap back, but the option to was available. Make of this information what you will, but I personally suspect that after any prolonged amount of time, their new forms will begin to feel natural. That's it, that is the entire message." Inoichi finishes
