"I think a little time on the wheel is in order. Genital Stimuli Therapy has proven effective when used on Kelly in the past, so much so that I'm going to request a ball gag for her this session to keep shrieks, howls and screams quieter and not have them damage our ears" said Dr Morris. "Yes, I agree" said the nurse as she produced a ball gag from her pocket and placed it into Kelly's mouth, fastening it so she couldn't remove it no matter how she tried.
Kelly attempted to fight while she was strapped to a chair with her legs spread. Her eyes grew and she let out a terrified and panicked series of shrieks as she saw a big wheel covered in a materiel which would feel to her like a soft paintbrush, except it was huge and would tickle all over the poor girls genitals. She struggled as the wheel was positioned inches away from her genitals so the material was pressed right up to her genital area.
"NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH. PLESH DN'T, PLESH DN'T. NUH MUH CLMT" shrieked Kelly with tears in her eyes. "Hey, no tears now. This will help you, OK?" you say as you stroke Kelly's hair. "Aw, we know it's torture sweetheart. But it's all for your own good" said the nurse. "MUH OMN GMMD? FMK YUH, LUMME MFF THMS CHMPH" Kelly cries. "Oh, hey hey, shh shh shh. Kelly, you know we hate seeing you suffer like this, but it's the only way to help you, honey. I promise, 25 minutes is all we're going to do today. Then we'll let you go and your session for today will be finished" smiled Dr Morris. Kelly let out another shriek, followed by muffled begging for this not to happen.
"This particular therapy is loathed and feared by all of our patients and usually gives us varied results. Some laugh and scream in ticklish agony, some cry and weep in hysterical laughter and some even moan and whimper in a combination of torment and pleasure. ALL beg for it to end and hate every second of this treatment. Kelly sometimes goes through all the reactions in a single session, but no matter how bad it is for her we keep it going until the end of the session. Breaks are prohibited since Kelly has shown she can handle the therapy with no health complications without them" said Dr Morris. "Ready Kelly?" you ask her with a smile. Kelly screams and shakes her head, but it does no good as Dr Morris flicks a switch on the wheel and the device begins spinning fast.

MK UT STMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMPHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH A" laughed Kelly loudly. "Oh, that's it baby girl. Let that lovely laughter flow. Ooh, your becoming a little moist now. It's alright sweetie, that's perfectly normal for this treatment" said Dr Morris. "MAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, MPH, OOH, AHH. PLMPH STMMMMMMMMMMMPH. HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH" moaned Kelly. "Shh, don't be ashamed. It's normal to become aroused during these sessions on the wheel" the nurse told Kelly.
Soon, Kelly didn't know whether to scream, laugh, cry or moan as a million different sensations flowed through her body. Eventually, the speed increased and Kelly let out a surprised squeal. "Aw, I'm sorry sweetheart. Did that startle you? Oh my, look how moist you've gotten. We'll note this down on your chart" said Dr Morris. "Hang in there, my dear. You're doing great" you tell the flushed woman as she laughs a little, screams and then moans quite loudly before going back to laughter.
