Chapter #5

One Angry Monke

It took them a few days to reach, but Bandanna Dee & Squella finally entered the mall, finding it to be surprisingly empty. No enemies to fight, no obstacles to overcome, and they didn't even see food, much to the squirrel's disappointment. "I think I saw another mall somewhere" the squirrel spoke up, "Maybe we should check there for foo- FOES... that you can train against".

"Hold your horses" Bandanna Dee said, "There's still one more room to check". The two walked down a short hallway that opened up into a larger room. Upon entering, Squella's eyes lit up. At the center of the room was a massive pile of bananas. The squirrel gleefully ran up & started to dig in. "I thought you said you WEREN'T gonna sit around & eat" Bandanna Dee said in a mildly frustrated tone.

"Well gee" Squella spoke between bites, "How am I supposed to help you train if I'm low on energy?".

"Ugh, well then save some for me" Bandanna Dee said as he approached the pile.

Squella raised her hand to stop the Dee, "Whoa, hold up. You don't wanna get fat during your training. If you need energy go... harness some chi or something. I'll take care of these bananas".

Bandanna Dee sighed as the squirrel continued to glut herself. "I wasn't that hungry anyways" the Dee thought to himself as he watched the bananas disappear into Squella's maw. She consumed at such an absurd pace, that it started to remind Bandanna Dee of Kirby, but unlike his pink puffball friend, Squella was prone to excess calories. As bananas were packed into her gut, fat was packed onto her frame. Her thighs started rubbing together, & her butt started to look like a pair of beach balls. Meanwhile, her arms, belly, and chest swelled out like balloons. Bandanna Dee watched in disapproval, "No wonder you were so fat when I found you".

Squella stopped & turned to Bandanna Dee, an unamused look on her face. "No one asked you" she responded, pointing her fat finger at the Dee before continuing to eat. Bandanna simply rolled his eyes, before hearing a loud thud outside. He turned to look out the window, & saw a massive gorilla staring back. However, the gorilla wasn't looking at him, he was looking at his banana hoard, & the squirrel that was glutting herself on it. The gorilla's eyes went bloodshot as his irises vibrated with rage. Gorimondo thrust his hand through the window, grabbing Squella in one hand & pulling her outside. The gorilla tried to crush her in his palm, but she just squeezed in his hand like a stress ball. "Put me down!" the squirrel demanded. Gorimondo snarled before raising his hand to throw her to the ground. However, Bandanna Dee leaped out of the window & slashed Gorimondo in the wrist, causing him to drop the squirrel, Squella landing softly on her padded rump.

The gorilla lashed out, swinging his palm at the duo. Bandanna Dee dodged out of the way, but Squella was too weighed down, & ended up getting slapped across the field, bouncing against buildings like a pinball, her momentum finally stopping as she hit one final structure. The squirrel winced as she rubbed her head, & Gorimondo took this chance to strike. He ripped up a portion of the ground & tossed it at the plump mammal. Right before the boulder struck, it was suddenly split in half. Bandanna Dee stood between both halves, his spear pointed outward. Gorimondo growled & furrowed his brow. The gorilla twisted his hips before lunging forward, spinning towards the duo like a tornado.

Bandanna Dee stood his ground as he started twirling his spear in both hands. "What the heck?!" Squella exclaimed as she tried in vain to pull her heavy body onto its feet, "You can't beat him with that dinky little spear! Get outta the way!". Bandanna Dee ignored the squirrel's demand. Gorimondo grew closer, & Bandanna Dee spun faster. As the speed of his spear increased, energy began to circle around him, gradually building up until the force started to toss rocks & debris around him. Right before Gorimondo reached the duo, Bandanna Dee threw his spear. When the weapon collided with the ape, it unleashed a massive explosion, blasting Gorimondo into the sky & out of sight. The energy quickly died down, & everything returned to normal. Squella looked at Bandanna Dee in shock, "WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT?".

"I decided to take your advice, so I tried harnessing my chi" Bandanna Dee replied nonchalantly.

"If you can do that, what do you need me for?" the squirrel asked, finally getting her massive butt off the floor.

"Cause I still need training, & last I checked, that was your job".

"Don't get wise with me".

"Don't go glutting yourself".

The two argued as they left the mall area to continue their training.

Meanwhile

Clawroline sat half asleep in the comfort of her thrown, happily daydreaming about Gorimondo bringing back that Waddle Dee. Then she heard something. An Awoofy was barking loudly at her. "Gorimondo's coming" she thought she heard. How delightful, it'd seem that gorilla finally proved his worth.

The leopard was jolted awake when the massive gorilla hit the ground right in front of her, knocking dust everywhere. Clawroline meowed angrily, questioning the dazed ape. Gorimondo got up & grunted out an explanation of how Bandanna Dee had beaten him, not to mention how that squirrel had stolen his bananas, his sweet, succulent, perfect-

Clawroline didn't care, she just wanted Bandanna Waddle Dee out of the picture, even if it meant handling things herself. After all, if she could beat Kirby, then she could beat that Waddle Dee too. She put her paws on the arms of her throne to lift herself out of her thrown. However, her body didn't budge. She looked down to see what was stopping her, & the answer was largely apparent. Her hips, thighs & butt had swelled to an impressive size, & now firmly wedged her into her own thrown, thighs pressed tightly against the arms. The rest of her body wasn't spared, as her belly now reached halfway down her resting thighs, & her breasts were larger than tennis balls. She tried again to lift herself but made little headway. She was growing tired of this exertion. & really just wanted to rest.

You have the following choices:

1. Stay in her throne, getting up isn't worth the effort.

*Noteb*
2. Get up & get that Waddle Dee!

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
