Jaune was walking around Beacon trying to get out of his head. He had just finished his shower after training with Pyrrha for the umpteenth time and felt like he was not making progress.
Damn it. Jaune thought. I knew this was not going to be an easy road, But I at least thought I would be farther along by now.
Jaune suddenly stumbled forward and felt a pain on the back of his head. Putting his hand on where he was hurt he started to look around.
"What the hell?!?" Jaune, not seeing anyone around, called out. "Hey! Who is throwing things at me? That better not be you Cardin! Surely you are above being a coward!"
Jaune did not hear a response. Rubbing his head he looked down. "Seriously, That hurt. Huh? What is that?"
Jaune saw an apple sized rock lying on the ground. "Are you kidding me? Who would throw something this big? They had to be trying to hurt me." He moved to pick it up.
As soon as it was in his hand, it started to glow. Jaune started to panic and look back and forth.
"Uh-oh! Not good!" Jaune said This thing might explode!
He frantically looked around to find somewhere to throw it so it would cause the least damage. He saw a few dumpsters nearby. "Perfect!" He shouted.
As he stood up and prepared to throw the stone started to glow less, and eventually stopped.
Jaune looked at it for a few seconds and breathed a sigh of relief. "That was close. Not sure how to explain a giant hole in the courtyard to Miss Goodwitch."
The stone suddenly flashed very brightly. "Aah! My eyes!" Jaune lost his grip and dropped it. As he put his hands to his eyes, The stone shattered to dust as it hit the ground.
Once Jaune could see again, He looked down at the pile of dust. "Man, That was weird." Jaune scraped his shoe over the dust one final time before he continued his walk. Unaware of what the stone had done to him.
