Summery: Growing up in Winterfell as the bastard son of Eddard Stark, Jon Snow never really believed that he had any greater propose in life then maybe joining The Night's Watch. However, his dreams are filled with visions of things he can't begin to explain. He sees other worlds much like his own, or very different, filled with people and sights that seem to defy logic. He sees great battles on a scale greater than any legend he's ever heard about, lead by men and woman who wield swords made of pure light.
But most frightening of all, he sees visions of Westeros being plunged into absolute chaos, senseless bloodshed and an eternal winter.
Then, one night at the age of 10, he is visited by the ghostly image of a man who calls himself Luke Skywalker. This mysterious, but kind and wise man claims to have the answers to why Jon is having these visions. Luke says that Jon is strong with a mysterious power known only as The Force, and that it's telling him that his world is great danger from an ancient threat made almost entirely of The Dark Side Of The Force.
And that the only way to stop this threat was to learn the ways of The Force. So Luke offers to train Jon to become a warrior who wields the power of The Force for good. A guardian of peace. A protector of the innocent. A living symbol of hope.
Luke offers Jon to teach him to become a Jedi Knight. Jon accepts his offer.
