Wood. Well, to be specific, it allows you to become, grow, and merge into plants. Thinking on it a bit more, it might be a lesser version of the Forest Forest Fruit. You cannot sprout a whole forest in your wake, but a flower garden might be possible. Best to test it out first.
You spend the greater part of the afternoon pushing the limits of your powers and learn quite a bit from it. First, let's start with the most obvious and straightforward ability.
You're a plant man who's made out of wood. If you get shot or slashed at, you will break and splinter like a wooden plank. But you'll regrow from the damage almost immediately, unless damaged by a haki attack.
So far, so good. But that’s basically like all other Logia. Let's delve into the the more unique aspects of your fruit.
As a plant person you can root yourself to the ground. That may not sound that impressive, but give it a chance. It's actually better than it sounds.
While rooted, you can sprout flowers, bushes, and ferns of various types. Initially these are connected by the root to you, but you can disengage them to act as remote bodies for you. You can even produce, spores, fruits, and seeds from your body and have copies grow from them.
Sprouting them from the root is easier. You easily did it and grew an assortment of flowers like roses, dandelions, daisies, and lilies. Then, when you willed it, these became avatars of your consciousness. Basically one moment you were rooted there taking in the sun, the next you found yourself as a partly humanoid rose the size of a ruler.
With the flower as your head, the leaves as your arms, and the roots as your legs. Moving like that wasn’t easy and if you spent too much time apart from the ground, then you would lose energy and become immobilized. Still, it wasn't that bad. You could gift your flowers to a person, and have that bud be a tiny version of yourself that could spy on their secrets.
The same thing could be said about your fruits and seeds. They served as vessels for your consciousness that could later on become avatars as well. Assuming that they were ever planted.
Another skill was that you could merge into already existing plants. You couldn't produce a full tree, but you could merge into an already existing one and have it become an extension of yourself while doing so. It also presented a good resting spot where nobody would find you.
The last and probably greatest feat of your new power is that, if for some reason your main body were to perish, then you could basically resuscitate in one of your plant clones. Although as far as you could tell, it wouldn't be at full capacity. At least not until the plant grew to a similar or equivalent mass to your original self.
With all of these skills and powers in hand, then there's an obvious course of action that you should take. Time to become, a florist!
Okay, that not really the objective. But it's a good cover while you train and expand your skills. Then when you get better you can set sail as a pirate or even a marine if you feel like it. But until then you will spread your seed and flowers all over the world to act as harbingers of your arrival.
When the time comes, no one will expect that the pot in the window, the tangerine fruit in the fridge, or that the flower accent that brightens up the bedroom is an enemy in their midst.
So you get to work. You open a business and train. Day and night you work at both sides of your plan so that you feel ready enough to set sail. But first, you transfer your mind into one of your sprouts to see your options.
You are now...
