Attack on Titan choices

Option 1) A new Titan serum is discovered -- perhaps in Eren's basement, perhaps elsewhere. This new serum produces a titan that's bottom heavy and the subject may or may not have full control over themselves in their titan body. There's no limit on the size of the titan and the titan can grow again if they should find the same serum that made them into a titan

Option 2) Paradis Island has a protector: the Guardian of Paradis. This Guardian is an immense titan that safeguards the island from invasion. How the Guardian got to be so tall isn't known; perhaps by eating other titans, perhaps another way.
