How I Met Your Mother: An late 00s/Early 2010s equivalent to Friends that fell apart in the last series, in at least one episode the show's resident pervert, Barney, fantasied about 'Back Boobs' a second pair of breasts growing on the back (duh), so maybe he came up with something like that, maybe there's a different reason for one of the girls to grow extra breasts, maybe Lily, Robin, or even the legendary Mother herself (maybe instead of being terminally sick, Ted knows Tracy won't walk her daughter down the isle is because her multibreast transformation will have robbed her of her mobility buy then)
Melissa and Joey: In one episode late into the show I'm fairly sure I recall Mel having a stress dream caused during her pregnancy, that included having grown two extra rows of breasts, maybe her nightmare comes true, maybe something else happens to her, or in later seasons, Lennox, or some other woman, causing extra breasts the grow in.
