"Um, this actually safe Hatsume?" Izuku asks, a little late given he'd already been strapped into a chair by the pink dread-locked inventor
"100% unsure 10 million, but that's what experiments are for!" Hatsume laughs, not helping a single bit as she picks up a long needle filled with a pale violet-colored fluid "This is baby 321: The defense elixir" she explains "Enhanced durability due to harmless compression of matter all through the power of this baby and the hero's mental commands" the manic grin would unnerve most people, but as Izuku knew it was basically Mei's default expression he wasn't AS worried.
"Ok, provided you got permission from Powerloader and Aizawa Sensa...ow!" Izuku yelps as Mei just jabs the syringe into his neck without warning "Hey"
"You were talking too much, plus it's always better to ask forgiveness than permission, now provided you don't blow up let's get to testing!" she shouts bouncing around happily
"That..." Izuku sighs, at this point was he expecting anything else from Hatsume, despite her quirk she seemed to have no understanding of the concept of foresight or looking before she leaps, which was the biggest cause of her inventions exploding more often than not "Fine, so can you let me out, so that we can test this thing out then?" he asks, shaking his arms as best he could to prove his point, the straps drawing her attention with the noise
"Oh yeah, right on it 10 million" Mei chirps, setting him free, only once a few minutes of him not painfully dying elapsed "And now onto Baby 321's first live tests!" she shouts, Izuku's heart dropping at the news that yes he was her 1st guinea pig.
What happens?
1) As she hadn't planned to do anything besides test the formula Mei was for once not wearing her reinforced/flame and explosion retardant tank top and pants, meaning when one of her unfinished 'babies' exploded, her current attire was consumed by the flame, among other things meaning her large perky chest was bouncing around on eye level with the green bean, or at least it was initially eye level ;)
2) Several attempts and several failures later Izuku and Mei don't understand why the formula failed. Later while sitting with Uraraka Mina coos over how much of a cute couple the 2 of them are, causing both to turn strawberry red in embarrassment, Ochako floating up to the ceiling while Izuku starts to sink into his chair
3) While testing the correct methods for activating Mei's serum Momo comes to the support labs hoping for a costume repair after a minor training accident, the only problem being she was still currently wearing the barely a costume on her person at the time.
4) While she may appear oblivious Mei has a keen sense of sight and notices little things easily like how 10million was getting smaller the more awkward and invasive tests they perform. Seeing the chance to test her baby's limits, Mei starts to be a little more 'forward' with the hero student, pressing her chest against his, borderline molesting him, and pressing her big butt against her groin, or even face.
