Still shaken by the Poliwag attack, you decide to focus entirely on piloting this miniature sub. It's a damned shame things ended the way they did...beyond the tragedy of her death at the hands (or rather, maw) of a wild Pokemon, the captain of this ship would have been an invaluable source of information on just what the hell is going around you. You would scour the ship for records left behind by the late captain, but you have a bad feeling that remaining in place would be a death sentence.
Instead of deciding to idle about within the ship, you choose to head south along the route, knowing that this would be the most direct path to Cinnibar. Tragic though the events that lead up to it may have been, you now have a ride, and thus it should be much easier to make it to the island from here than if you were swimming against the waves unaided. You can only hope that your already diminished body won't shrink any further. You'd hate to have an ending so anticlimactic as dying to starvation within a ship you can no longer control.
And so you begin to make your way southward. Not too far off are a pair of sandy islands , with a narrow stretch of water in-between. Looking towards the islands, you spot the figure of a young woman lying face-down upon a towel on the easternmost of the two, her eyes shut as she takes in the sunlight. Although it's hard to tell from here, she appears to be about 25 years of age, and has a bit of a tan. A star-shaped tattoo adorns her right cheek. The island to the west, in stark contrast, shows no signs of human life aside from a discarded can of soda.
What to do, what to do...? The woman offers you a chance at human contact, but would she even be able to notice a 1 inch tall person climbing out of what would seem to be a lowly remote controlled ship? If you elect not to get her attention, multiple paths lie before you. You could either take a roundabout path around one of the islands, or instead travel between them....
