It is said the founders of the Pack were members of Achilles’ Myrmidons, who fled northwards from Troy when their master died. Whether this is true or not, you could not say for certain. But the Pack was a band of incredibly violent warriors who were fiercely loyal to their own and ferociously fought those who opposed them. They asked no quarter and none was ever given by them. “Wolves do not treat with men” was their maxim.

When the Romans conquered the provinces now known as Roman Germania, the Pack was outlawed. It still continues to exist, though, and still protects its own.
