Keith winces as she calls him 'Tentacle monster.' She seems about to say something else, then realizes what she said.
"Sorry. Tentacle thing?" Again he winces. "I suppose beast isn't any better. Tentacle person sounds stupid."
Keith laughs.
"Uh. Yeah. I have no clue." Then he focuses. Right, teleporting. Or whatever those two purple things you saw were. They looked like disks. One of the monsters back there seemed to be making one, so...
Keith first just tries concentrating, but doesn't feel anything. Feeling a little silly he brings up a few tentacles and points them at a spot, then focuses on the spot and wills it to burst into some kind of portal... nothing.
"I... don't know what I'm supposed to be doing?" He sighs, still feeling nervous. Then a hand rests warmly on a tentacle. Glancing down he sees Angelica looking up at an eyeball calmly. Whoah, she's brave. I mean, right now you still feel.... urges. Closing your eyes you try and quell them. She really doesn't deserve that, not after all she's been through!
"Look, Keith. These things are larger, faster and stronger than me. There is no way in hell I can survive out here." She glances around, looking out from the trees. "I mean, I could try to hide, but we still don't know what's here. Even in this... er... wood, whatever this is, there might be dangers lurking around. I need you to keep it together, help me, OK? We can figure this out, maybe... watch one of those things open up one of those magic doorways or whatever they are. Would that help?"
Keith hasn't a clue, but her smiling face looking up at him is so trusting, so friendly, he can't say no.
"We'll try huh? I just... don't think it's safe to be too close to me."
Angelica raises an eyebrow.
"And you think it's safe to stay away from you? I don't think so." She throws her arms wide, drops to her knees and closes her eyes. "Save me sir knight! Only you can defeat the evil monsters and capture the heart of the fair damsel!"
Despite (or perhaps because) her being naked her 'acting' is nice... if humorous. Her smile is infectious as she opens an eye and Keith can't help but giggle. Peering up at him she tips her head.
"Did that work?" She adds in a whisper.
"Yeah. Definitely worked." Then his face fell... or would if he had one. "I'm just worried I'm going to 'capture' more than your heart if I'm not careful. You look so... tasty."
"Hey, none of that! Come on, hero time, right?" She reaches down and calmly grabs one of his mouth tentacles just behind the petals, her hand barely even wrapping around part of the girth of the thing, and she pulls Keith forwards, out of the forest. "We'll see what we can find."
