Why does Luffy decide to give a wedgie to Nami? Maybe he's been inspired by Brook asking Nami to see her panties to see them for himself, but he knows she would say no to Luffy, too. Maybe he's frustrated with all the times Nami's beat him up and wants a little revenge? Or some other reason?
