At 33 years old, he had been a petty criminal for nearly all his adult life, responsible for dozens of burglaries, assaults and other ill advised misdemeanours.
With years of his life already spent in juvenile centers and prison, his mental wellbeing began to drift further from stability, driving him to smoke and drink. A lot.
Standing at 5' 11", he had short, scruffy, black hair, an unshaven face and untidy street clothes (i.e jeans, sneakers etc.)
On the way back home from another aimless evening however, his life would change forever.
A chance encounter with a glowing rock saw him gain immense powers beyond his initial comprehension. Before long, he realised he could leave his body and possess others, overwrite theier minds with clones of his own self and morph into another form at the flick of a hand.
He'd used that power for all kinds of mischief, including getting back at Nick Trask, an officer who'd imprisoned him before.
He was highly unpredictable at the best of times and his new powers just sent that trait into overdrive.
He could be be anywhere, at any time... and be anyone...
