As you follow the path you soon see the village and begin to smile. You could see some monster folk and humans around having a friendly chat and all by all having a good time. As you come closer you also see a giant sphinx lady who you assume is the guardian. Which is confirmed when you see some of the monster girls bring some gifts to her.
Knowing you'll have to prove yourself to her you approach her hoping you're not making a big mistake.
The sphinx's ears move as she turns her big head to you. It was a mix between a human and feline face just like her entire body. "Hello human, welcome to Monstonia. Are you here to take my challenge?" She asks with a smile.
You nod to her. "I am miss. Whatever your challenge may be I want to overcome it and prove myself worthy to be the village chief." You tell her standing firmly wanting to look brave despite being quite intimidated by her size.
The sphinx giggles as she repositions herself to face you. "Ah it's been a while since someone came to challenge me. Hopefully it will be fun." She says Lowering her head to look at you face to face.
"Now then let's begin." She says.
