you wake up in an unexpected situation

When I woke up I was no longer in guest room. I was in my mom's room of all places. Not only that, I was lying on the floor.

I were left in your boxers. It was weird. I could have sworn I went to sleep in my pants. I felt something on my neck. Some kind of collar. What was going on?

Soon you heard footsteps. Your mom showed up. She didn't look surprised to see me like this. Why would that be?

"Good morning Matt." she said cheerfully.
"Mom, what's going on?"
"It's simple really. You see, I didn't want you to come to catch up. I wanted you to come so you could take your rightful position." she stopped before stating "my slave".
"Slave? What? No! I'm your son!" I shouted.
"Yes. You are my slave. Get that stuck in your little brain."

Her words scared me to the bone. How could this happen? What did I do to deserve this?
