Mr. Kintobotnik flew the SCAS out of Jessie's nose hairs and into her lungs. We flew past the rest of her nose since that wasn't the important part. We passed her vocal chords and into her trachea. According to Mr. Kintobotnik, if we were to stop at her vocal chords while she's talking, the chords would vibrate like mad, and it would be tough to enter her lungs that way.
Once we went down her trachea, we went through various tunnels.
“What's with the tunnels?” asked Jason.
"We're going through the bronchioles,” answered Mr. Kintobotnik. “They bring the air we breathe down to the lungs."
After going through a bunch of bronchioles, we finally made it to the lungs. Air sacs inflate and deflate as Jessie breathes.
“Welcome, class,” said Mr. Kintobotnik,”'To the lungs!"
The class ooh-ed and aah-ed at the sight of Jessie's lungs.
