Gavin was enamored with an upperclassmen by the name of Isaak, but he kept his crush secret from everyone he knew because of his age. He was so infatuated to the point that when Isaak invited him to an abandoned office building Gavin instantly said yes and followed Isaak without telling anyone were they were going. Having left right after school Gavin forgot that his phone battery was about to die, since he routinely charged it as soon as he got home, it completely slipped his mind.
Once at the office building Isaak showed Gavin to the basement that had been sound proofed to hold a gym with attached locker rooms and a music studio, of course most of the equipment had been removed, save for a mattress in the recording booth, a couple lockers in the locker room, and a small fridge next to a folding table and chairs in the old gym.
As Gavin was looking around he didn't notice Isaak locking the only exit with a combination deadbolt lock. Making sure Gavin wasn't looking Isaak went to one of the lockers and pulled out a cloth and a bottle of ether.
