Homeroom is unusual in that it is, for the first time in a long time, quiet and orderly. Ms. Smith doesn't have to even arch an eyebrow. Everyone wants to focus on the schoolwork they have for other classes.

Finally the bell rings, and everyone gets up in an orderly fashion to head to their next class.

As you and Sid are about to leave the classroom, Ms. Smith
