Afraid what might happen if Sarah discovered he left, Jack remained in his spot. He frequently shifted, Sarah's maturing chest causing him great discomfort as Sarah kept moving him around subtly. Behind him, Jack could hear Sarah swallowing and fainly the beating of her heart, which to some extent frightened him. Just to think, if she really was that crazy, that morsel of food sliding down her throat may be him. Jack shuddered at the thought. For the remainder of the dinner, everything was relatively normal. Afterwards, however, excitement picked up.
In the living room, Sarah and her family gathered. Sarah sat on the far end of the couch while her mom and baby sister sat nearer to the middle. Noticing her mom was distracted, Sarah slipped Jack out of her shirt and whispered to him. "Listen, we're going to be watching a movie tonight so don't try any funny business, all right? Actually, I wouldn't mind if you did here-" she pointed to her crotch. Jack backed up, extremely uncomfortable. Sarah giggled in response. "I'm only joking... at least for the moment. Anyways, come here. I need a snuggle buddy". Sarah snatched Jack up and held him close to her. She laughed as Jack tried to squirm away, and gave him a harder squeeze, taking some energy out of him.
"Calm down, calm down. Unless you do anything drastic, you shouldn't have anything to worry about". Jack looked at Sarah, who was gleeming with her smile. " I suppose I can let you down, though. Just don't go running off, okay?" Sarah asked. Jack nodded. She put him down between her legs and relaxed. Jack, on the other hand, began scheming ways to get away from Sarah. For the time being, though, he leaned up against Sarah's leg, which posited a good reaction from the girl. For the next ten or fifteen minutes, the family and Jack were laying back, watching the movie. Then, Sarah had to get up and go to the bathroom.
"Hey, Jack. I have to go to the bathroom. I'll be right back" Sarah whispered. Jack nodded in excitement and watched the girl leave. Finding an opportunity, Jack began moving to the edge of the couch to drop off. Unfortunately, looking down, there wasn't a good spot for him to descend unless he wanted to end up a stain on the carpet. Jack looked over to the right and noticed that there was a good spot closer to the middle of the couch, nearer to Sarah's mom and baby sister. That made him think. Was it worth taking the risk of getting noticed by either of them for getting away? Or would it be better just to wait for another potential opportunity down the line?
What does Jack do?
