Considering Nick had went to sleep as a male fox and woken up as a female bunny, he was taking the situation extremely well. He supposed it had to do with the unspoken attraction he had to Judy. Being in her body was actually a little exciting. Being a former hustler, he had gotten used to the idea of acting and having to pretend to be someone else to open doors. While he never literally had to be someone else before, it wasn't much different than that. From an outsider's perspective, no one would be able to tell the difference that it was him in here. He could completely pose as Judy, he certainly knew her habits and quirks well enough from being up close to her all day.
Nick sat up for a moment, taking in the strange sensations and feelings that came with his new body.
For starters, his sense of smell was greatly reduced. He felt like he had a cold from how little scents he was picking up with his bunny nose. However, the ears more than made up for it in how they were able to pick up sounds from all over the apartment complex. He could actually hear one of Judy's neighbors singing in the shower all the way on the other side of the building, if he focused hard enough. There was also the matter of being in a female body.
While Judy was lacking in the chest department, she more than made up for in in the lower body which was mostly muscle. Nick felt light as he skipped across the floorboards effortlessly. The balance without his fox tail was different, but his body seemed to move naturally on his own.
"Thank goodness for small miracles," he said to himself as he looked in the mirror at Judy, still wearing her pajamas. "Well, I guess we just gotta start the day as normal and let whatever this is work itself out."
Worst case scenario, he could always go back to Stephanie's shop and have her solve things. It was their day off from work, so he had plenty of time to kill.
"I guess that means getting dressed first..."
Changing was a little awkward in that, though it was technically his own body, he wanted to give Judy as much privacy as he could. So, he closed his eyes when he removed his shirt and pants, fiddling around the dresser for some jeans and a simple shirt he had seen Judy wear on multiple occasions. When he opened his eyes again, she was standing there dressed and ready for the day.
"...I'm not looking forward to having to go to the bathroom," he muttered to himself. "Well, Judy Hopps, we're ready to pretend to be you for the day, aren't we? Shall we head to Stephanie's Shop first and get more details on what's happened to us?"
And with that he nodded to himself and started for the door, but not before there was a knock. Nick frowned, he didn't know Judy was expecting company.
