Ms. Joke's Class 2-2 of Ketsubutsu Academy High School was undergoing their usual rigorous training. Now that the third years had their Provisional Licenses, their training ramped up.
Currently Yo Shindo, Tatami Nakagame, Shikkui Makabe, Itejiro Toteki were grouped together and searching for a villain. Their licenses allowed them to do hero work, so Ms. Joke incorporated that into their training. "Sheesh, this is so gross! I feel like I'm melting!" Tatami whined as she fanned herself.
"Come on, it's part of the fun!" Yo chirped back at her, taking the lead as usual. The group were in their hero costumes and venturing through a place with a humid climate. Shindo's muscular arms glistened with sweat, and he radiated a potent manly musk that he seemed to take pride in.
Ms. Joke had dumped them off in the middle of nowhere, telling them they had three days to find an apprehend a villain and stop some sort of weird plan he had going on.
"Hang on, you guys see that?" Toteki pointed towards a man in the distance entering a cave. "That could be our guy." Makabe acknowledged.
"Then let's get him!" Yo grinned sinisterly and ran towards the area.
Upon reaching the cave ahead of his classmates, he found the man had vanished. "No way...where the hell could he have gone?!" Shindo grit his teeth angrily, his face showing fury at this provocation. Punching a wall in frustration, he blinked as he heard it sound hollow in reply.
"Wow...how cliche." Yo grinned smugly before using his Vibrate quirk to collapse the wall to reveal a very not-natural passageway. It was a stairway made with metal and it descended down into a lamp lit hallway.
Cracking his knuckles, Shindo ventured downward. "My classmates'll catch up." He told himself. Stepping down the stairs into the hallway, he walked forward and heard a lot of shuffling.
"Hey there!" He called to the man in the shadows, he wore a labcoat and was clearly up to no good. The man jumped at the voice, and slowly turned around. The man was holding what appeared to be a tranquilizer gun.
"Back off, hero!" The man aimed it at Yo, who merely scoffed with his sinister smirk. "What? Not gonna use real bullets? Come on..."
Yo squatted down, his hero costume's pants hugging his shapely rear end as he placed a palm on the ground and used his quirk once more. The entire room began to shake, causing the man to yelp and pull the trigger in response.
Yo caught the dart and thought it was over...until the dart seemingly sprayed out a multicolored gas right into the muscular boy's face. *Ack! Okay...what the...hell?!" Yo coughed...and despite him having halted his quirk, one could swear the room was shaking still.
The man had a victorious grin on his face..but it soon vanished into a terrified look as the opposite effect seemed to be happening before his eyes. Yo blinked as his vision cleared and everything in the lab, including his target...appeared to be getting smaller and smaller. "What? Your big plan was to shrink yourself? Pretty dumb ide-Ow!" Shindo felt the top of his head impact the cave ceiling.
He glanced up just as the cave began to collapse all around him. "SHIT!" Yo bellowed as he quickly swiped up the villain, much to the latter's terror.
Despite his smug and calculating personality, Yo wasn't going to about to let their target get crushed by falling rubble.
After all, Ms. Joke would have his head! And what if he lost his license?
His classmates felt the ground shake beneath them just as they reached the cave. "Feels like Yo is already taking care of business." Tatami chuckled.
That was when, with a mighty roar, the boy in question burst from below the ground and up through the cave's roof. Shaking dust out of his hair, he looked down at his palm which held the quivering villain, curled up in a ball.
"Hey guys...I got him!" Yo nonchalantly pointed his captive out to his classmates and friends, who were staring at him with their jaws dropped.
