Vampires part #2

And here's are two other major clans I came up with but couldn't put on the other chapter because I wanted it done.
Sanguinoso Clan: The Sanguinoso are the 2nd most successful vampire clan around. They are the stereotypical bloodsucking nobles, seducers, the cultured and "civilized" vampires. They go after the wealthy, the well connected, the famous, the beautiful, the talented, and you get the point. Very picky vampires.

A Sanguinoso vampire finds his or herself more at home in urban areas, castles, and mansions than a forest or cave. So if you find an old mansion out in the middle of nowhere that's surprisingly in good shape you have found the lair of a Sanguinoso vampire. As mentioned earlier they are seducers. Their hypnotic gaze is quite strong, and out of all vampire clans they tend to be the best look. But underneath all that glamour is still a vampire. They like to dress in the finest clothes they can get their undead hands on, viewing it as their right to do so as they are clearly a cut above the rest.
Their lairs are decorated full of valuable curios they have gathered over their extended lifespans, and they use the styles of periods that they fondly regard. Oh, and they have people farms as many wealthy vampire clans are prone to building. Capturing people, enslaving them, using them as thralls for future bleedings. Despite being mostly turned humans the Sanguinoso love elven aesthetics. They believe elves are the only creatures on the planet that are able to match their class.

They once had their own kingdom but in the aftermath of your evil life it went belly up, leaving them as homeless nomads. One hundred years before your current life they managed to topple a small kingdom in the northeastern part of the continent of Teotrios, and have rebuild their old kingdom over the ashes. Though few in number the vampires managed to succeed thanks of their orcish mercenaries. Their icon is a snake, their lord forms look sort of like https://www.deviantart.com/sanekyle/art/... and their main abilities are turning into mist, ice magic, and a stronger vampiric gaze. They can walk out in the middle of the day but their power is diminished. Some more sunlight resilient

Ewiger Zyklus: the Ewiger Zyklus clan is the first vampire clan to have existed in Illyrium. They arose before civilization took root on the world, and at the rate they keep coming back after supposed extermination they will outlast it. 75% of all vampiric bloodlines in the world all stem from the Ewiger Zyklus clan, and an Ewiger Zyklus vampire will see vampires not from the clan as distant relatives. They are without a doubt the most feared and most mysterious vampire clan in the eyes of the the residents of Illyrium. Much of their history has been lost, twisted, and even fabricated outside of a few closely guarded records by action of the Ewiger Zyklus themselves.

These vampires do not take direct action unless they deem it necessary. They prefer to manipulate behind the scenes after one too many instances of facing total annihilation left a poor taste in their mouths. Why raise up an army when you can have agents and useful idiots to do the dirty deeds for you? If their eyes and ears all across the world discover something alarming then it becomes a different story. The Ewiger Zyklus have their fangs in most governments across Illyrium, and most leaders aren't even aware of it which makes it all the more difficult to unroot it.

The Ewiger Zyklus do not have the ability to transform into vampire lords so much as they grow into them. As a vampire from this clan gets older he will grow more monstrous, more demonic looking. Imagine these two pics basically for ideas

As for their other abilities, they are adept users of blood magic, mind control, being able to raise vampires from bloodlines descended from their own with drops of blood, being able to regenerate wounds from drinking blood, and the ability to walk in the sun with little to no power lost. They may have more outlandish abilities such as being able to stop time for five seconds, but they do lie about their power to make themselves more fearsome in the minds of mortals. It works as not many people encounter them in this age, and even fewer live to confirm these rumors to others.

The one trait about these vampires that leave experts confounded is their seeming ability to avoid total destruction. The Ewiger Zyklus clan by all means ought to be dead. In both of your past lives they gave you trouble, and you believed you destroyed them for good, but yet they rose back up like a dark bloodsucking phoenix. Some people believe that the clan has a closeness to demons and other dark forces that has granted them this luck. The rest gave up trying to figure it out, and accepted that the Ewiger Zyklus are here to stay.

Other means to becoming a vampire:
The Ewiger Zyklus are the reason why many vampire clans exist at all, but there are other bloodlines that came to be independently of them. Individuals make demonic pacts for vampirehood, necromancers find the right unholy ritual to become an immortal undead, or demons unleash plagues that cause vampirism.

How to cure vampirism:
1: Go to a church during the early stages and receive help there.
2: During the early stages kill the vampire responsible for infecting you
3: Drive a sanctified silver stake through the clan leader's heart. This will cure all infected with a 15m radius.

You have the following choices:

*Noteb*
1. Stuff not related to vampires

*Noteb*
2. Another reader's vampire clans

*Noteb*
3. Same as the above

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
