So you decided to build a six inch tall android mouse woman, using the photo of the cosplayer you had met as a template.
Theoretically, it should be possible. You would create a human sized android and then give the android a picture of that cosplayer. The nanites would shape the android to the desired template, then "reduce" the android down to six inches in height.
The android's personality and programming would be housed in a centrally located unit instantly and continuously accessible by the android's body via wireless relays located all throughout your house and garage. You'd have to have recharging stations all throughout your house, because the android's internal power source couldn't be that big. But theoretically, you should be able to have your six inch tall mouse woman android.
When you gave the android the picture, it suddenly turned into a grey dust cloud that got smaller and smaller. When the dust cloud was a half foot in size, it disappeared, revealing a six inch high mouse woman in coveralls who looked just like the picture of the cosplayer.
