Darren walks by the bathroom door when he hears Carmen say here comes the plane.
She's got a spoon in her right hand and raises it to her left shoulder.
A of sound teeth biting the spoon causes Darren to halt.
Carmen then takes a towel to dry her shoulder. As she says who is Mommy's sweet little girl. She kisses the top of her tumor maternally fashion as she puts down the spoon. Darren Carmen, what are you doing? It makes your fiancé fall and unveils her second head.
