Jade pulled out the strange metal gun-thing. It looked just like the stereotypical comic book or old sci-fi movie ray gun. Jade's mind immediately went to thinking maybe it was a heat ray, or a freeze ray. She pictured melting someone's bike, or freezing a person solid. The thought brought a smile to her face.
But she inspected the ray gun further. It was a bit hefty, and very clearly made of metal, it wasn't just some cheap plastic toy. It had a dark purple grooved hand grip, a long, thin barrel with evenly-spaced purple discs along its length, and a small purple orb at the end, where she assumed the ray must fire from.
There was an off-white label on the side, what did it say?
