Heres the idea
Mabel is wondering around outside the mistery shack.
She finds a wishing well hidden well in the middle of the forest with a plaque writing at the front telling her that if anyone who toss a coin into the well, It will grant any wish to the one who tossed it.
on one hand this sound something Grunkle Stan would made for one of his schemes to scam their customers.
However, Mabel being...Mabel decides to try it out and wish to grow Bigger, However she forgot to specify how big, Now Mabel at first nothing seem to happen at the moment till she return back to the shack, But then Mabel start it having growth spurts randomly slowly started to be Bigger than her twin brother and pretty soon over everyone else...
However as time went on, Mabel soon realize that she can't stop herself from growing Bigger and BIGGER! and BIGGER!!
