Kyle age 23 was shrunk a year or two ago for being unable to pay a parking ticket after a run of bad luck, but he was lucky enough to get loose and has joined a colony of wild tinies trying to survive by scavenging on the edge of a normal sized city.

Malissa age 29 has been stuck in a terrarium with a few dozen other tinies. Malissa is something of an overseer and helps keep the other tinies in the terrarium in line in exchange for better treatment by their owner, however working with the cruel norm who owns the terrarium has earned Malissa no shortage of enemies among the other tinies.
